1. Program status

The Haklo affiliate program is an invite-and-review pilot. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval, a partner link, or payment. Haklo may approve, pause, decline, or end participation at any time.

2. What affiliates may do

Affiliates may share Haklo with families, parenting communities, newsletters, podcasts, social channels, or personal networks in a truthful, respectful way. Affiliates may use the approved Haklo link and ordinary screenshots or copy supplied by Haklo.

3. Required disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Haklo whenever they recommend Haklo or share an affiliate link. The disclosure must be hard to miss, near the recommendation or link, and written in simple language. Platform disclosure tools may be used, but they do not replace the affiliate’s own clear disclosure.

4. Truthful claims only

Affiliates may not describe personal experience they have not had, promise outcomes Haklo cannot guarantee, make health, therapy, legal, financial, or child-safety claims, or imply that Haklo replaces professional care. Affiliates may not use misleading scarcity, fake testimonials, spam, paid search ads on Haklo brand terms, or unsolicited messages.

5. Attribution and commissions

Pilot partners may receive 20% of the first year of paid Haklo Plus subscription revenue from approved, attributable families, subject to manual review and payout terms. Haklo determines attribution from its tracking records, app-store data, and reasonable manual review. No commission is owed for self-referrals, fraud, refunded purchases, chargebacks, comp plans, beta grants, or subscriptions Haklo cannot reasonably attribute to the affiliate.

6. Privacy and customer data

Affiliates do not receive access to family accounts, children’s information, gathering content, private messages, subscription records, or customer support data. Any questions from families should be directed to Haklo.

7. Payouts and tax information

Pilot payouts are reviewed manually and may require valid payout and tax information before payment. Haklo may withhold payment where required by law or where activity violates these terms.

8. Termination

Either side may stop participating in the pilot. Haklo may disable links, remove tracking, or decline commissions for activity that is deceptive, unlawful, harmful to families, or inconsistent with Haklo’s trust and privacy commitments.
